The Team Behind Melbourne’s Durable Renovations
ASA Tiling started as a specialist tiling and surface business and has grown into a complete renovation contractor operating out of Dandenong. Led by Latif Hamdard, the team now delivers bathrooms, kitchens and laundries end to end, alongside the tiling, waterproofing, screeding and stone work we are known for.

Tilers, plumbing and electrical trades working under one roof, so your renovation has one quote, one schedule and one point of contact.
Australian Standards
Wet areas waterproofed to AS 3740 and tiling installed to AS 3958, with the correct falls, membranes, movement joints and bond breakers.

Screeding, levelling and substrate repair before any tile goes down, because a finish is only as good as what is underneath it.

Who is ASA Tiling?
ASA Tiling is a Melbourne tiling and renovation company led by Latif Hamdard, with more than ten years of experience in wall and floor tiling, waterproofing, screeding and bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Where is ASA Tiling based?
We operate from Dandenong in Melbourne’s south-east and travel to projects within about 100 km, including the Mornington Peninsula, the Casey and Cardinia growth corridor and inner Melbourne.
What work does ASA Tiling perform?
Floor and wall tiling, tiling and paving, waterproof caulking, floor screeding, kitchen wall panels and splashbacks, laundry splashbacks, marble cleaning, sealing and restoration, and complete bathroom and kitchen renovations including plumbing and electrical.
Does ASA Tiling manage complete renovations?
Yes. Our in-house team manages the whole renovation from strip-out to hand-over, so you deal with one team, one quote and one schedule.
